This property collects an all-inclusive fee based on the number of travelers. They collect this fee directly from you so it's not part of your Airbnb Charges due now. Each Villa is unique so it may differ from the one in the pictures. Villa Park is the ultimate in lavish lifestyle set within the beauty of Lifestyle Resort, surrounded by dramatic mountains, sweeping skies and exotic lush flora of the area. The property includes stand-alone lavish Villas set amid several freshwater features. All villas have a private swimming pool, some with water features, shaded terrace, veranda, kitchen and a full private bath leading directly off each bedroom and within the Lifestyle Resort, sharing the benefits of this unique property with its multitude of restaurants, amenities, and facilities. Each modern villa is a stand-alone home-away-from-home with the benefits of maid service, Spend the day lounging in the sun and relaxing by your intimate private pool, spend the day at one of the resort’s V.I.P Beaches or join in the myriad of activities found daily on the resort. WI-FI fee is 7 to 45 U.S. dollars. Cash or Credit is accepted. 1 hour free per day. Rates are $7 for 1 hour, $15 per day or $45 per week. Per device. General Urgent Information Prior to travel, we recommend contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation. Other Urgent Information Confirmations made less than 2 days prior to arrival are not accepted. To arrange transportation, contact us with a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. The Dominican Republic experiences occasional power outages. Each Villa is unique so it may differ from the one in the pictures. Fees are subject to change without notice, at the resorts discretion. Fees may vary per night or week based on season of travel, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including but not limited to the number of guests traveling and age of guests. Please verify that the All-Inclusive fee is correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in fee amount and is the responsibility of the guest traveling. All-Inclusive fees are the responsibility of the guest to pay in the timeline designated by the confirmed resort, which may be prior to arrival or upon check-in. Guest access Our All-Inclusive Plan Includes: 24-hour food and beverages available in select locations All meals – access to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 2 International Buffet restaurants Daytime and late snacks located throughout the property, including 11 V.I.P Lite Fare Bars includes: House Wine with Meals, plus Beer, Spirits, Cocktails, Juices, and Soft Drinks are available from all Bars located on the property. I suggest booking all dinner reservations immediately. There are daily activities such as dancing, water polo, joint exercises and you can stop at the excursion center to acquire information on a wide range of excursion activities such as hiking, zip lining, visiting waterfalls, safari tours, scuba diving etc, etc. Other things to note Airport Transportation - We can arrange transportation to and from the airport for you! Please let us know at least 14 days prior to your flight schedule and we can arrange that for you! If it's less than 7 days there is no guarantee. The nearest airport to the resort is Puerto Plata (POP) $100 fee. Santiago (STI) is 90 minutes away $150 fee. Do not book a flight into Santo Domingo, it is over 2 hours away from the resort and airport transportation cannot be arranged from that airport.
