A wonderful 1 bedroom, large family room, dining room, kitchen, and copious patio spaces. We own Groovy Wood Studios, a mid century modern furniture restoration company and we specialize in high end stereo consoles and music entertainment. We are 1 block from a large city park, 2 miles to the Capital City Bike Trail, 7 minutes to Interstates 90 & 94, 7 minutes to the Dane County Airport, and 12 minutes to the UW Campus and just 9 minutes to the State Capitol. Guest access You have access to the entire main level primary flat and decks and front patio, and fenced in private backyard. Other things to note Second flat level guests get use of the driveway and have their own private entrance. We will always have a high end high performance luxury authentic mid century modern stereo console available in our airbnb properties. The same with an eclectic collection of albums to listen to. We do change out the stereo console models from time to time as we do sell them in our gallery. Same as albums, they do rotate often. And we have plenty available for sale at our record store. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole downstairs dwelling, front porch, back yard, and decks out back. Other things to note This is a 100 year old house and it has been restored. However, the floors do tend to creek when there are guests booked in the upstairs property. We are accustomed to this, but certainly it needs to be noted. We did have the floor above the bedroom fully redone and that noise is minimized. But in the living room, there is floor creaking coming from the ceiling. Just wanted to disclose that.
