The space Your cosy 55 square metre apartment, accessible by elevator, is designed with all the modern amenities you need. You'll enjoy a spacious living and dining area with a fully functional open-plan kitchen. There’s one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The modern air memory foam mattress ensures a restful sleep. You'll have access to an en-suite bathroom with a shower in the bedroom and an additional bathroom with a toilet , sink and washing machine off the living room. You can relax on two balconies with street views. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with eco-friendly marble heaters for winter. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi, and a Smart TV with local and international channels. Your dedicated workspace in the bedroom is complete with an ergonomic chair and an optional wide monitor, available on request. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire place. Other things to note For monthly and longer stays we allow free electricity consumption up to 300kWt per month.
