Nestled in the trees in a private bay overlooking Lake Atitlan and its volcanoes is our artfully designed modern villa. Cozy and comfortable with plenty of spaces to take in all the spectacular views. Make yourself at home in our cozy villa located in one of most quiet towns around the lake. The space The property is accessible by both lake and road - this means you can arrive by car or by boat. The road is very rough, so it is advisable to travel to Panajachel and arrive at the property by boat. Alternatively, you can arrive in Tzununa and take a tuc tuc to the house. We have a caretaker who lives in a separate house on the property and is available to help guests as needed. The house is perched on a hillside with great views of the lake. We have a full-house UV water filtration system - that means even the water in the shower is purified. Please be aware that there are quite a few stairs to climb when you are arriving at the house. It is best for guests who do not have mobility issues and are comfortable with being active. Guest access The Haven has direct access to the lake, outdoor areas, fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with private bathroom. Other things to note A house is being built around the corner from us. The landmass blocks most of the noise, but sometimes it is audible. We have lowered the price to reflect this situation.
