Grindstugan - Central and nice house in Nora

Welcome to Grindstugan (4+2 Beds, 60 m2), a charming and functional house in the middle of picturesque Nora. Fully equipped cabin with proximity to hiking trails, bike trails and ski tracks. A stone's throw from Nora square and swimming and padel/tennis hall. Swimming area in about 10 minutes walking distance. About 30 minutes by car to Örebro. The garden is shared with host family and other guests, but you have access to your own barbecue and south/west facing patio where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun. Note: Please read the entire listing The space Grindstugan is equipped with both a washing machine and a dishwasher and is therefore suitable for both short and longer stays. Here you can work at the desk or relax in front of the TV when the weather isn't inviting you to go outside. The kitchen is fully equipped for the number of people the cottage is intended for. The house has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has two single beds (80 cm + 80 cm) that can be pushed together. Bedroom 2 has a day bed with a pull-out base. Room for two but slightly simpler mattresses. The living room has a 140-cm sofa bed, so there is room for one or two people. Six people can sleep in the cabin, but six adults are not recommended given the size of the cabin and the beds. But of course, it's entirely up to you and your party to decide for yourself 🙂 Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or rent from us. Free parking is available inside the yard. Guest access Detached house and exclusive access to everything in the house. Shared garden with host family and possibly other tenants. Storage for e.g. bicycles and the like can be arranged. Please contact us regarding this. Other things to note Before leaving the cabin, you do final cleaning according to the cleaning manual that is in the cabin. This means that the cabin upon departure should be in the condition it was in upon arrival. This applies to the whole house, including a WC and kitchen. Cleaning equipment in the cabin. Important information: From 2026 to 2028, a new middle school will be built outside Grindstugan, which may affect noise levels and traffic. During weeks 28–31, construction will be on summer break.
