Spacious Two Rooms w/Parking, Shared Kitchen, Deck

Two large rooms in a vintage house centrally located in Eastlake: one a master bedroom with private bath; the other a sitting room with daybed and t.v., creating a luxurious amount of space for 1 or 2 people. Rooms are on separate floors divided by a shared hall stairway. There is a large gourmet kitchen on the first floor shared with hosts and both indoor and outdoor dining areas. The space We are right next to the I-5 Freeway, so there is freeway noise on the front side of the house; however, the master bedroom is in the back-yard facing basement, and it is quite quiet. The sitting room gets some noise from the freeway, but the shutters help block it out, and most people get used to it like the sound of the ocean. Both rooms were previously separate Airbnb bedrooms. We've decided to combine them into a two-room suite. The master bedroom is decorated with items from trips to India and is known as the Maharaja Room. The sitting room is known as the Black Cat Room and has sort of a cat them. (And yes we have a black cat plus a grey tabby.) We also live in the house and have our own space off the entry and upstairs. Hallways, laundry facilities, and gourmet kitchen are shared. The main floor gourmet kitchen (shown in photos) is very large and stocked with basics for guests to use. Parking can be tight, but you have your own parking space right at the front door! The king-size bed has a super comfortable mattress topper on it. There is a separate basement apartment with long-term tenant who also uses laundry facilities and who has a separate outside entrance. This is a large old house.
