You are minutes from I-70 & the Kansas Speedway, with plenty of shopping & dining options at the Legends! Sporting KC is a 5-minute drive! Have fun enjoying all that KC has to offer! You’ll enter through the alcove at the front of the house via secure keypad code provided at the time of booking. No need to keep track of keys during your stay! This code will let you in and out of the house with ease. Upon entering the space, find yourself in the massive living room. With tall ceilings, slate style tilework, and brand new wood floors, not to mention tons of natural light, this space feels calming & serene. The leather sectional can fit up to 10 people comfortably. Relax, and help yourself to the TV! This area of the home features an open floorplan, so the dining area, as well as kitchen are both in view and easily accessed from the living room. The dining table seats up to four, while the kitchen has place settings along with all the essentials you’d need to make a simple meal at home (pots, pans, Coffee Machine, etc). Like the rest of the house, the kitchen has also been fully renovated with brand new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher (there is also dishwasher detergent stocked that you are free to use!). The first two bedrooms are on the first level of the home. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a Nest mattress, large television, as well as its own private bathroom with couples sinks, and a bathtub/shower combo. You are fully stocked with clean sheets, soft towels, as well as plenty of toiletry essentials in the bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with a Layla mattress, outfitted in fresh, clean linens and sleek, modern design. The bathroom adjoining this bedroom is slightly smaller than the master bathroom and is also fully stocked with towels and toiletry essentials, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer! The final bedroom is lofted above the living room and can be accessed via a spiral staircase. This room has two queen-sized beds, perfect for those traveling with children or a group of friends! Guests in this room also are treated to their own TV, and of course plenty of comfy pillows and fresh sheets. Guests enter the space using a private keypad, making check-in & check-out a breeze! Our team is based locally, and happy to answer any of your questions or concerns throughout the stay! Because the space is accessible via keycode, host interaction with guests is typically minimal! One exit away from I-435 and I-70 interstate highways. There is ONE parking space in front of the house, just to the right of the garage. If you need more than one parking space, feel free to use any of the unmarked, empty spaces at either entrance to the complex. Please DO NOT park more than one vehicle in front of the house, and please DO NOT park in front of the garage, as it will block the neighbors across the way from being able to pull out of their garage. You'll be amazed when you step inside!
