Air conditioning is installed in late Spring to mid Autumn, sometimes earlier or later respecting the seasonal temperatures -My check-in window closes at 12 AM, after which check-in is possible, but fast replies are not guaranteed. Please read the instructions I send you ahead of time, and have them on hand when you arrive. -If you must receive any mail or packages during your stay please contact me first. If there is expected construction noise, I adjust my prices to reflect the same. -The building manager or maintenance persons may need access to the property for a few hours in rare circumstances.
