"L'atelier" is located in a green setting, on the ground floor of a house in a beautiful property of 20 ares. "L'atelier" is a charming and relaxing stop, professional or tourist (major Vauban site listed as UNESCO heritage), close to the historic center of Besançon. Featuring a large private terrace with BBQ to have your meals there on sunny days or just a drink and relax. A game of pétanque will delight enthusiasts young and old! The space The apartment is very well equipped: • A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, toaster, microwave), water glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes • A living room with a wood burning stove and TV (all DTT channels) • BA with walk-in shower, sink and towel rail. Towels will be available to you. • A separate toilet with a handwasher • A first Bd with direct access to the terrace, equipped with a queen-size double bed (160 x 200 cm). Bed linen provided. • A second bedroom with two spacious single beds (120x200) for adults. Bed linen provided. The two single beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a waterproof and highly breathable mattress protector (2 in 1). This sheet is made with a 100% organic combed cotton fabric that is extra soft and very pleasant to the touch.
