Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. R500 per hour + cleaning fee for late check-out, subject to availability. The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation. Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of R500 per card. * NO SMOKING INSIDE * Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of R3000 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning Deposit Disclaimer: Where a damage deposit is payable, paid, or required, please note that refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 days after check-out, subject to a routine property inspection. Should any damages, losses, or missing items be identified, we will first obtain quotations or replacement pricing to ensure that you, as the guest, are accurately and fairly charged for the repair and/or replacement of the affected items.
