Heber private guest unit w/Kid's play area

Our mountain valley suite includes 1200 sq ft of living space complete with a spacious family room with a children's play area and kitchenette. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a King side bed and the other with a Queen bed. A separate entrance and parking space are located on the south side of the house. Our home is nestled in beautiful Heber Valley with 360 degree mountain vistas; it is conveniently located within 10 minutes of Midway ("Little Switzerland") and 30 minutes from Park City. The space The space is the entire basement. There is a large family room with a children's play area and 2 bedrooms which include comfortable beds, mirrors and side tables. The closets are stocked with extra blankets, sheet, pillows, and a spare fold out mattress is provided. The bathroom is equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and a blow dryer. Our kitchenette has a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, toaster, Keurig machine and water dispenser (we just ask that you use electrical items one at a time). It is important to note, that this basement is a separate unit from the rest of our home and has it's own private entrance to allow for complete privacy. However, we do live upstairs and there may be occasional sounds that transfer to this basement apartment. We have done our best to soundproof our home but if you are highly sensitive to sound, this may be something to consider. Guest access The suite has it's own private entrance on the south side of the house. Each guest is given a customized key code for entry. Other things to note This is a basement apartment and while we do have soundproofing in our ceilings, there may be occasional sounds that transfer from upstairs.
