Guest access Guests have access to the communal facilities within the Benal Beach resort, including swimming pools, gardens, children's water slides, an arcade area, cafés and other facilities available within the complex. Only registered guests receive access passes for the pool and garden areas. Seasonal pool opening dates and heated pool availability are determined by the community and may vary throughout the year. Free communal parking is available within the complex on a first-come, first-served basis. During your stay We are always happy to assist during your stay. This is a self-catering holiday rental rather than a hotel with a 24-hour reception or concierge service. For non-urgent matters, messages are answered during normal office hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Sundays and public holidays: Emergencies only. Other things to note This is a self-catering holiday rental rather than a serviced hotel. Guest registration is mandatory for all guests before arrival in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021. Benal Beach is a large and popular holiday resort, and during busy holiday periods the communal areas can be lively, particularly around the pool complex. The building reception operates independently from Mediterra Rentals, so luggage storage availability cannot be guaranteed. The complex also includes a gym and spa operated independently from the property, with access available for an additional fee.
