Our place is a renovated 50 years old building in the residential area consisting of ; 1st Floor is TermStation - an eco-friendly slow bar cafe focusing on coffee and bakery, refill store and sharing working space. The shop opens every Tuesday - Sunday from 08:30 pm to 05:00 pm. 2nd Floor is TermSeason room - a private accommodation for a group of travelers with homey decoration. The space includes two private bedrooms, a living room with a 50" smart HD TV and sofa bed, a private restroom with a water heater, and a dining area with kitchen counters. The total area of TermSeason is approximately 45 sq.m. (484 sq.ft.) 3rd Floor (This room) is TermSuk room - a private accommodation for a group of travelers with homey decoration. The space includes two private bedrooms, a living room with a 55" smart HD TV and sofa bed, a private restroom with a water heater, and a dining area with kitchen counters. The total area of TermSuk is approximately 57 sq.m. (615 sq.ft.) The 4th floor is a shared rooftop - a clear rooftop with a view of Thai-Chinese buildings. Guest access There are smart locks and keypads at building entrance doors and TermSuk entrances. 24-hour access to the building by smart lock and keypad. Accessing to the Rooftop is 24 hours available. Please close the door every time to prevent the outsider coming in such as neighborhood cats 24-hour available facilities are a washing machine, a dryer, and sharing tables on the 1st floor. Please lock the rooftop door after the usage for your safety. About the main entrance door The front door will unlocks during TermStation business hours. After that period, The front door will be in auto-lock mode. Wifi is available throughout the building. During your stay We'll primarily use Airbnb Messenger for communication. Between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, I'll respond to your messages within an hour. Outside these hours, I'll reply as soon as I see them. If you prefer face-to-face communication, feel free to talk to our colleagues at the cafe on the first floor. They'll pass along any messages to me. Other things to note Please inform us in advance if you want to arrive early. When your departure flight is late, we are happy to keep your luggage here until your departure time to the airport.
