Nestled among the lush tropical hills of Chaweng, Aqua Residence Jai 1 is a modern retreat that offers serenity and seclusion while being just a 10-minute drive away from the vibrant heart of Chaweng and its pristine beach. Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and awaken to breathtaking sunrise vistas from your bedrooms or take an invigorating morning dip in the private saltwater pool. It's the perfect place for your well-deserved family getaway. The space The villa is a deluxe 3 ensuite bedrooms on one level and a living area consisting of a kitchen with island, a dining area, a tv lounge area - all with direct access to a private pool with a glass covered sala and terrace. Guest access The registered guest has full access to the private villa and access to a shared Gym room and terrace with access to the gardens, grounds and dedicated parking. Other things to note 1. Location and Transportation: To fully appreciate the breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the sea, our villa is perched atop a hill in Chaweng. We strongly recommend the use of a car or motorbike to access the property. 2. Electricity Charges: Electricity consumption is billed separately at a rate of 8.00. Upon check-in, we kindly request a deposit of THB 500 per day. Alternatively, you may opt for us to charge you via the Airbnb platform after your stay. You are encouraged to turn your ac to a temperature of between 23-25 degrees centigrade. 3. Cleaning and Linen Services: For stays shorter than 1 week, cleaning charge included in your stay is for the check-out. For stays longer than 7 days, there will be additional cleaning charge of 2500 per clean on demand and typically at least once a week - (towels, linen, supplies will be replenished). These additional charges will be billed separately after your stay. 4. Towels Provided: We furnish one set of towels per guest, which includes a face towel, hand towel, bath towel, and pool towel. 5. Guest Registration and Overnight Stays: Only registered guests from the original booking are permitted to stay overnight. Any unregistered guest found staying overnight will incur an additional charge of 500 baht per night. 6. Identification for Thai Immigration Requirements: All foreign nationals (non-Thai nationals) are required to provide a copy of their passport and Visa either during or before check-in, as per the immigration TM30 requirements. Thai nationals must present a copy of their Thai ID. 7. Residential Quietude: Our villa is nestled within a tranquil residential community. We kindly request that guests refrain from creating loud noise or hosting parties to maintain a peaceful environment. 8. Soi Dog Feeding Policy: We discourage guests from feeding the local Soi Dogs (stray). 9. Some options for transportation: Access to our hilltop location necessitates the use of a car or motorbike. Taxis are also available upon request for your convenience.
