Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This was the home that my brother and I grew up in. This house was built with love by our Mom and Dad. We hope you can feel the warmth and love we did growing up there. We are located 1 mile from Mattamuskeet Lake, about 20 mins from the Ferry in Swan Quarter that takes you to the Island of Ocracoke. We are also 20 minutes from State Boat Acesses. If you want a Beach Day,we are only 1 hour 15 mins for the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Other things to note We also have a Queen Size Futon located in the " mudroom" The Mudroom is located at back of house. 2 ways to get to it, (1) thru the bathroom (2) after backdoor is unlocked ( outside entrance). This area is not heated all the time but have a space heater for the area. The sheets for this futon are in the cedar chess in bedroom off of kitchen ( Bedroom #2 in pictures) Extra pillows and blankets are also located in the cedar chess. I'm about a 3 minute drive from the Cutrell Cottage, I'm available if needed.
