Located just 6 km from Deauville-Trouville or Pont l'Evêque, this set of a main house + 2 adjoining cottages, designed for 13 to 15 people, will be the ideal place to accommodate 2 families. You will have 3 separate spaces for privacy. The space The main house has a large living room with TV + fireplace on the ground floor, a dining room with open kitchen, a double bedroom with private shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with private shower-bathrooms, separate toilet, large landing. The first cottage has a living room with open kitchen and living room on the ground floor as well as a shower room with toilet and washing machine. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds. Sleeps: 5 people (2 for the double bed, 2 for the 2 single beds, 1 for the sofa bed). The second cottage has a large living room on the ground floor with open kitchen and living room as well as separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with 1 single bed, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a bathroom with toilet. Sleeps: 4 people (2 for the double bed, 1 for the single bed, 1 for the sofa bed). You will also have outdoor spaces and terraces. Close to highway access, you can easily access the different cities to visit in the area. Other things to note In order to offer you an optimal hosting experience, we kindly ask you to let us know your arrival time so we can welcome you in the best possible way. Please note that in case of late arrival, you will be charged a fee. From 10pm to 11pm, a supplement of 20 euros will be applied, then from 11pm to midnight, it will be 40 euros.
