Check-in and Check-out policy We are an Airbnb that follows a strict cleaning schedule, please note that *Early check in - might be possible ONLY if the property is not booked the night before. *Late check-out - NOT possible. *Luggage Drop-Off - possible with time restrictions We need the time between check in and check out to clean, freshen up, and prepare the apartment before 2 pm, therefore the check-in policy is so stringent. Parking: Parking is available and free within the designated spot in the premises. Other things to note NETWORK COVERAGE: Jio is the only and best in the area./scattered inside the flat. Airtel not good at all in the neighbourhood and surrounding areas. Internet: WiFi provider: DNA Goa, Speed 100Mbps, unlimited. Gentle heads-up: We genuinely cannot promise a 100% always-on service since provider disruptions are completely out of our control. If the internet does go down, the repair time can range from 2 hrs to 48 hrs, an instant resolution is not possible. If the internet is a hard criteria for you, we suggest you carry a hotspot connection with you. Breakdowns: In the rare event of any breakdown (Furniture/ Electrical Repairs /AC repairs), repairs of any of the problems may take from 2 hrs to 48 hrs depending on the severity of the problem. Electricity Bill: -included with daily rental -capped at Rs 1,000/month during monthly stays. After that calculated at actual consume at Rs 7/unit
