You will have complete private access to the house, backyard, and garage. The laundry room is fully and easily accessible for all your laundry needs. Other things to note Unauthorized parties are not allowed at my property - this includes open invite parties or events primarily after 11:00 pm. Certain events such as wedding-related events, dinners, work events, family gatherings, or wedding/baby showers are allowed, but these must be approved before your reservation. Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence. Please follow the rules to make your stay as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible. We have a camera infront of the house, main entrance and backyard. The backyard cameras can turn off per guest request.
