cozy large room with a nice location

In our 4-room apartment, we provide a large furnished room with a bed, wardrobe, armchair, bistro table and desk and "almost" a private bathroom (sometimes I use the bathtub or my guest uses the bathroom). Shared use of the kitchen is possible by arrangement. The space We provide you with: *Fresh bed linen and towels *Shower gel, shampoo, soap *Senseo coffee machine (pads are usually there, but no guarantee) *Hair dryer and iron available upon request. *Visitor parking is available, but there is no guarantee. There are more parking spaces nearby below the castle, which are free between 6pm and 9am. Cost XXX *For stays longer than 2 weeks, it is possible to use the washing machine - 15 CHF per wash. There is no dryer available. I will gladly hang your laundry in the drying room for you and it will be dry again in about 24 hours (no access for guests possible). Otherwise, only drying in the bathroom is possible (only possible for a small laundry load or hand wash). Please arrange in advance so I can set this up. Guest access Room + bathroom During your stay I work mostly in the home office and will often be there and available for questions. Other things to note Wi-Fi is available, but is switched off overnight. Please arrange if use is needed at night. No visitors Please indicate the approximate time of arrival if known directly when booking.
