Upstairs: loft with TV & couch, master bed & bath (cali king), secondary bedrooms (two queen rooms and one double twin room), full bath, laundry. Yard: swimming pool*, hot tub, fire pit, grassy area, covered patio (no grill at this time) *Pool is not heated but can be for additional charge of $95 per day and requires at least one day notice* Guest access Entire home. Other things to note The cleaning fee is set to cover the cost required to pay a professional cleaning crew to clean and prepare the home for the next guests. It takes the cleaning crew four hours between guests. For cleans that take longer than standard four hours, guests will be billed for excess cleaning fees (this has never been an issue for guests who follow check out instructions).
