You will have the entire space to yourself, with amazing views, and you will be able to hear the sound of the ocean. The unit is on the 2nd floor, and you need to climb a set of steps to reach it. The condo association does not allow children under 16, so this is an excellent place for a private, romantic getaway! Unit in this 18-unit complex. There are ceiling fans, and a cool breeze flows through the unit thanks to its proximity to the ocean! There is no a/c in the unit. Guest access In order to gain access to the gated community you MUST meet with our greeter to get you inside of the community. This is only needed for the first time you arrive to check in. Our greeter will give you access to the gate and the unit keys and provide a walk-through of the property. Other things to note There is an outdoor shower near the beach access to wash off any sand before coming upstairs into the unit.
