A total of 12 guests can fall asleep comfortably, and feature: - Bedroom 1: A master king size mattress with an ensuite bathroom, wardrobe space to store your personal belongings, luggage rack, a 55 inch 4K wall hung TV with Roku, 2 bedside nightstands to set aside your smartphone, and a sliding glass door providing access to the backyard. - Bedroom 2: A king size mattress with 2 bedside nightstands, a calming pink salmon color design, 2 mirrors, a luggage rack, and a 55 inch 4K wall hung TV with Roku. - Bedroom 3: 2 Queen size mattresses with a bedside nightstand, a matcha green color design, a luggage rack, and a 55 inch TV with Roku. - Bedroom 4: A bunk bed with a twin, full, twin pull out, a shelf & closet to store your clothes and personal belongings, a dark blue color design, luggage rack, and a 43 inch 4K TV with Roku. Other things to note Heated Pool Notes: POOL WILL NOT BE HEATED until November 15th '25 Temperature before should be between 80-87. Upon request, we can set the heated pool at your desired temperature* between October and March. Please provide us with advanced notice to set this up for you. Breakdown below: - 7+ night reservation - free pool heat. - 2+ night reservation - $50 per day * your # of days. - 1 night reservation - $70 contact us with questions. *Let us know if you need to pool heated in advance so we can start it up 2 days prior. Pool heat has to be purchased for the length of your reservation. DISCLAIMER: If you smoke inside the property - $750 fee If you turn off any cameras on the property - $100/camera This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. Per listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have “dangerous animals” on the property. All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required by the platform, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures. We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Platform Direct Message (DM) system or my cell #. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property. Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same. Also animal's accidents do happen and we are not required to clean up after them every day. We do complete cleaning inside and outside right before checkin so we can not accommodate any accidental droppings they might have in or around the pool/backyard are. Note, this is pretty much everywhere in the state of Florida.
