Your very own private estate, Casa Casitas, is a historic 2 casita property located in La Quinta Cove. Originally constructed in 1948, every effort has been made to preserve the authenticity and romantic character of this classic 2 casita residence with an added new private pool and spa. Booking includes full use of the entire estate comprised of two separate casitas. The space The entire estate features two separate casitas, Casita Grande (right) & Casa Casita (left). Each host beautiful kitchens with European style cabinetry, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Each casita is fully stocked with cooking and dining ware including a Keurig brewer so you can have your morning coffee without having to leave the property. The tastefully furnished dining and living rooms epitomize the desert resort lifestyle reminiscent of earlier years. Creature comforts abound, from comfy throws to artsy coffee table books. Casita Grande even showcases a stunning hand-built rock and wood fireplace. Each casita features a single, beautifully appointed bedroom with king size pillow top designer linens, furnishings and spacious mirrored wardrobes. Both casitas feature additional sleeping with living room couches equipped with queen sized pullouts. As with the bedrooms, each casita hosts a beautiful bathroom reflective of original configuration with hardwood floors, pedestal sinks and stunning Mexican tiled bathing areas. Casa Casita features a benched 1 person shower while Casita Grande features a shower/tub combo. Each casita is stocked with quality towels, toiletries and hair dryers. Casa Casitas Boutique Resort is home entertainment friendly. Each features dedicated Wi-Fi, Cable TV, 55” UHD flat screen, Apple TV, iPad and Bose Bluetooth sound systems. This may be Old Town La Quinta, but we draw the line when it comes to must have amenities! Placing an equal emphasis on outdoor living and entertaining, each casita features a spacious patio with lighted covers, dining tables and stainless BBQ’s. Just out front of Casa Casita is a cozy fire pit with ample seating. The property has beautifully landscaped and privately fenced common grounds, a pool and spa, and even a small grass area for your furry friends, all shared between the two casitas. The laundry is located inside the Casita Grande and boasts a large capacity washer, dryer and related supplies. An iron and ironing board are provided as well.
