You can have this huge one-bedroom space to yourself and enjoy a short walk to Lake Meridian. Our house is in a beautiful neighborhood, great for taking evening walks. This space has all the facilities you will need on your trip and it’s in the middle of everything in the Greater Seattle Area: Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Airport, and walking distance to many restaurants. The space This colorful and large suite is an in-law unit (above-ground, street-level, walkout basement) on the lower floor of the split-level home, with a private entry door and easy self-check-in for guests. The upper floor is occupied by separate guests, with their own separate entrance. This 700 sqft unit has all the amenities with the exception of an oven. The unit consists of one bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed, a walk-in laundry room with full-size washer/dryer, a bathroom with a tub, a kitchen and a huge living room area. The living room sofa converts to an additional full size bed and we can provide additional pillows and linens, if required. We have parking for two cars in our driveway which is convenient for those with a vehicle. Guest access Guests have a private entry door that they access through the right hand side of the home. The entire guest-suite is for guests, and includes it's own living and dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. Other things to note You will have the entire downstairs unit, separated from our upstairs unit by a locked/blocked door! As with all multi-story living situations, we understand that guest space may be exposed to some floor impact sounds and other sounds from upstairs. We have quiet hours from 9pm-7am to ensure everyone has a great stay! Because of the great insulating effect of the earth, the downstairs unit would generally tend to stay cooler during the summer and warmer during the winter; however, we've provided space heaters and fans in the unit for more regulation of the temperature to meet your taste. We allow for a small-to-medium sized pets. However, pets must be house-trained, well-behaved/non-destructive, and up-to-date on all flea and tick medication. This is a NO-SMOKING residence. Smoking or vaping within the residence is strictly prohibited.
