READ ALL HOUSE RULES and FEES that are separate to this description. Modern Villa with spacious bedrooms, private baths, BBQ, pool. Great for family vacations, and reunions. The Villa counts with 8 ac's all around. The Metro Country club has a 24 hour surveillance and protection. Full access to an 18-hole golf course. 20 mins from the airport SDQ. Less than 5 mins from restaurants of choice: Italian, Argentinan, Spaniard, and local cuisines. Five minutes from beach, bars, and shopping. The space There will be independent ac units in each bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and living room. The house comes with 3 King size beds, 3 bunk beds that have account for 6 full size beds and 2 twin size beds. A sofa bed is also included. Plenty of space for air mattresses if you bring your own. The living room is setup as a movie theater with a new sound system and an 80 inch smart TV. Three bedrooms have their own private smart tv's that will be 65in, 55in, and 60in. The first floor counts with ceiling speakers that you can listen to music while eating cooking or spending time in the dining room. There is also a suround system outside of the patio so you can listen to music by the mini bar, pool, or BBQ to keep you entertained. Chef service and housekeeper can be provided for an extra fee. The chef is a $100 daily fee and the housekeeper is a $35 daily fee. Car Rental for guests only: 2018 Chevrolet Suburban, 8 passengers large SUV, luxury and comfort, $99 or less per day. Minimum days to rent is 3 days. After 8 days the daily rental will be $90. This deal does not apply for Spring Break or the last 2 weeks of December. There will be a $200 deposit once you pickup the car at your arrival. Deposit is fully refundable after car is delivered in good condition. The vehicle can be picked up or dropped off in Santo Domingo Airport SDQ for free. The Romana LRM or Punta Cana PUJ for a small fee.
