Located in the centre of Melbourne, you can stroll across the street to the friendly local pub, fantastic restaurants, shops and bars. Perfectly located for East Midlands Airport, Donington Race track and to explore South Derbyshires most beautiful sights close by including Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold. The space When we stay somewhere we want the space to have comfy beds, a good Shower and a good Sofa, and I hope we've achieved this for you! Enjoy your stay at this cosy cosy Cottage set across 3 floors, it sleeps up to 4 people and has two comfy kingsize beds. Our bedrooms are sensual and tranquil and ideal for a mini break away in this stunning friendly village in the countryside of South Derbyshire. Our open plan living area has a stunning gold Velvet sofa, Original stone fireplace, Sheepskin rug, Samsung TV, reading corner with Pink Easy chair, Pouffe and lots of books, magazines and board games. At the other end of the room is the stylish Navy fully equipped kitchen, featuring breakfast bar with 2 fur topped bar stools, Oven with grill, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge with mini freezer, Washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, and Dyson and cleaning products. We are fortunate to have a private patio and raised terrace outside to enjoy in the sunshine. Our Bijou shower room has a powerful 2 head shower, toilet and sink and marble tiles and grey wood panelling with cheeky Art.
