Beautiful spacious camper that can sleep 3-4 adults* comfortably. Located on the back acre of land in the beautiful MTs of Divide, CO. Gorgeous outdoor view of mt sunsets with surrounding aspens. A fire pit and bbq are available for use as well as a hammock & picnic table. Indoors has a heat producing fireplace. There are items available to utilize the kitchen area. *No tent camping allowed on our property.* The space A beautiful camper that is spacious for being a camper. Please do not book with us if you have more then 3-4 adults.* We do ask our guests to keep in mind this is not a house and not a hotel, we strive for hospitality, cleanliness and a unique stay. However, it is a camper! There are two steps to enter as shown in photos, the additional beds are two bunks and a cot or a sofa pull out, these are stock RV beds and may not be the most comfortable for adults until we upgrade. We just want to be transparent as to avoid inaccurate and unfair reviews moving forward as those have a huge impact on us. No tent camping allowed on our property.*** Lastly, we must insist children and guests do not wonder near the swings or playground on the personal side of our property for liability reasons. Please respect this.* Guest access The parking area in front of the camper, immediate grass area to the dirt road in front of the camper guests can utilize. **Roads may not be regularly plowed during the winter, however, usually always accessible by most vehicles. Other things to note We provide enough bbq charcoal for 1-2 uses, additional charcoal is guest responsibility. We are 1.5hours from Breckinridge and 30min from Cripple Creek and the casinos. We have several gorgeous hiking trails within 10-15min of your stay. We are in a residential mountain neighborhood on dirt roads.
