Main suite bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms up- each with a bath attached or just outside room. Two dens one downstairs and one up. Formal dining and eat in kitchen. Newly redone kitchen and new floors throughout home. Family neighborhood with walking trails and park areas for kids. Guest access All rooms inside the property are for you, as well as the backyard patio- and yard being available for guests. The driveway is available for parking. We can provide garage parking for one vehicle. Other things to note House Rules Quiet Hours: Quiet hours must be observed 8pm to 10 am. Please note that back patio is close to neighbors house and noise levels must be low at all times. Parking: Please park only on driveway and no street parking unless approved, maximum 2 cars without approval. Quiet family neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. Pets: Pet fee is 150.00 per stay for up to 5 nights, then additional 25.00 per day. Any damages made by your pet must be paid for. Kitchen: Kitchen left as found, clean.
