The living areas including living room, dining, beds, baths, laundry, etc. are accessible. All is 1 level. Lower level includes a carport and a garage/basement. The carport can be used but the garage/basement is only owner accessible. Other things to note The driveway is steep. Pulling trailers, boats, etc is not advised. We fully repaved the driveway in November 2024. Any concerns or reviews related to the driveway are fully addressed.
