The unit comes with a secure lock up garage, a full array of appliances, linen included and is fully self contained. The sliding door in the lounge leads out onto a covered decked patio with table and chairs where you will conveniently find the key lock box, can enjoy your drinks & meals while taking in the peaceful outlook of the lilyponds. Maybe even get a peek at the resident water dragons & ducks. Premium appliances & cookware in the kitchen make it easy to prepare a quick meal including Nespresso machine & pods, induction stove top, microwave, oven, sandwich press, toaster, kettle and more. 4 stools surround the stunning stone island bench for dining at. The beautiful light filled bedroom includes a queen bed with premium bedding, TV, large inbuilt wardrobes with hangers, bedside lamps with ample space and a gorgeous wall papered feature wall. The spacious lounge owns a large chaise lounge to sink into to chill out, a footrest to put your feet up and coffee table with magazines to read & kids toys to enjoy. Upon request linen can be provided to convert the couch into a double bed that is ideally suited for small children. PLEASE NOTE the sofa bed is suited to smaller children because the mattress is thin. Also included is Porta cot, highchair, tennis rackets & balls, kids toys, beach towels & beach toys. The exquisite bathroom includes a rainfall shower head, premium gold tapware & tiles, toilet, hairdryer, vanity, towels, body wash, shampoo & conditioner and more. Guest access PLEASE NOTE! Pool Renovations to one of the pools in the complex starting on 14th July going through to approx mid September. While the unit is not located near the intended works I just wanted to mention there will be trades on site and some disruption. There will however be a heated pool to use in the complex through out this time. This amazing resort offers a multitude of amenities (except reception) such as 3 pool areas, 5 community gas barbeques, a lit tennis court, huge jumping pillow, games room, 2 spas, onsite PK's restaurant & bar specialising in wood fired pizza, fenced kids playground and more. Gas BBQs are also conveniently located through out the resort for guest use. Just minutes walk to Noosa river Gympie Tce, Main beach, Hastings st & Noosa Junction are a very short car or bus ride away or you can always jump on the ferry from Noosa Marina.
