Dining room features a coffee bar. Kitchen fully furnished. Front porch for relaxing. One car detached garage. Max 4 guests. The space Super clean, stylish space with 2 bright and spacious bedrooms (one with king bed) on main floor. House feels relaxing and peaceful while providing everything you need for your stay. Guests love the comfortable feel and cleanliness of the house and guest reviews speak for themselves! King bedroom with closet and workspace with natural light. Large 2nd bedroom with Queen bed. House comfortably sleeps 2 couples or a family with 2 children. Living room features comfortable seating and a smart HDTV. High speed WIFI. Entryway closet for shoes and/or coats. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo includes hairdryer and toiletries. Complete kitchen fully stocked with brand new appliances. Dining room features a coffee or tea bar with options to make your drink as you prefer. A variety of games and cards are available for your enjoyment. There are no shared spaces and you will have the entire house to yourselves. Everything is on the main level except for the washer and dryer in the unfinished basement. Seating on the front porch with a private feel. A one car garage with a key pad for access is available for guests. Certified with the city to legally operate our airbnb. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and have no shared spaces! The owners have a locked storage space in the basement and the 2nd floor is not available or equipped for guest use. The one car detached garage is available for guest use. There are 2 steps up into the house and then all main spaces, including bedrooms, are on one level. Washer and dryer are in the unfinished basement. Other things to note We (the owners) maintain, clean and manage the rental ourselves and do not use a management company. We live and work nearby and are available if needed. We take a lot of pride in offering guests a relaxing, very clean and comfortable space and want to host guests who respect our space, furnishings and neighbors.
