Lovely and spacious double room available, which is part of a shared two bed lower villa, on the outskirts of edinburgh. The flat is quiet, spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full renovation being completed just under 1 year ago. The area is very peaceful and leafy if you enjoy the greenery with plenty on street parking too. Note that I am living in the property, therefore amenities will be shared. Furthermore, please note property is in Currie - EH14. The space Spacious high ceiling rooms, well equipped and modern, yet homely too. *Property* First floor spacious yet homely apartment with secured entrance, modern furniture, kitchen and appliances. Sleeps 2 people comfortably with a double bed in the bedroom (also has a mirrored wardrobe to store your clothes/shoes etc while you stay). Double glazed windows and central heating to ensure the property is quiet and warm. The property comes fully equipped with a TV, Chromecast, super fast 200mb internet, comfortable sofa, dining table and chairs, powerful waterfall shower, hairdryer, iron, a modern kitchen with utensils for home cooking and appliances such as fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster etc. The property is situated in a large block of flats, with one property above and to the right. There is also a beautiful and large shared garden to the rear of the property, available for all to use. *Area* Situated in Currie - a peaceful leafy area with access to many local nature walks, there is the Water of Leith walkway, Harlaw and Thriepmuir reservoir and the Pentland hills. There are lots of local shops such as supermarkets, takeaways, hairdressers/barbers, cafes and anything else you may need with public transport (Bus no. 44) easily accessible which can take you to any of Edinburgh's attractions due to the frequent bus services (Every 10 mins - 30mins into city centre). If guests have a car, there is also free on street parking right outside of the property. There is also easy access to the M8 motorway & City Bypass (5 mins away) which gives easy access to Glasgow and other surrounding cities/towns. During your stay I am always available to respond to my guests queries either in person or through Airbnb direct messaging, Whatsapp or phone call.
