Unplug and unwind in this charming bungalow! It is walking distance from downtown Stillwater, and about 2 miles from Boone Pickens Stadium and Gallagher-Iba arena. You will enjoy visiting the many unique retail shops and restaurants downtown. There is a washer, dryer, and refrigerator for your convenience. There are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. There is an office that has space for an air mattress, which is also provided. ***READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING*** You will have access to 2 cozy bedrooms, an office/home gym, kitchen, bathroom, open living/dining room, and laundry room. The office has space for an air mattress. A Queen and twin size air mattress are provided. There is a TV with a ROKU in the living room. There is also a Nintendo Wii with several retro games on it like classic Mario and Donkey Kong. There is a Keurig in the kitchen. Coffee, hot tea, creamer, sweetener, and sugar are provided. A baby bassinet is available upon request. The house is fully electric, there are no gas appliances. ***THIS IS A SMALL HOUSE AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR MORE THAN 5 GUESTS!*** Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard. Guests will not have access to the cellar or the outside storage building. During your stay I will be available if you have any questions or issues. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you need anything. I’m only a few minutes away. The house is close to Stillwater’s historic downtown and Boone Pickens stadium. The best way to get around Stillwater is by car. I have a driveway available for you to park. There are also several shoppes and restaurants downtown that are a short walking distance from the house.
