Spare room in Beeston

Hi there, I’m Hannah. I have a house in Beeston that I’m renting out the spare room for. Beeston has lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes (ask me for recommendations), and there’s excellent transport links to Nottingham city centre and Derby. I used to have a cat, and will probably get another one soon - just to bear in mind if you have allergies. The space The bedroom has a double bed with an Eve Hybrid mattress, an open wardrobe with drawers, and a desk, you’re also welcome to use the rest of the house to relax. I’ll provide bedding, towels and flannels, some basic toiletries, and I’ll leave spare blankets and pillows if needed. The bathroom is shared with me, with a bath and an electric shower. Happy for you to cook and use all the kitchen stuff. Help yourself to oil and herbs etc, I have oat milk, teabags and instant coffee you can also use. The little spare room has a desk and chair for home working. I work at home on some days, but I'm happy for you to work in that room if I'm not using it. The conservatory has insulating panels, so the temperature is fairly stable, so it's a good place to set up work at the table. Guest access You can use the whole house except my room. Other things to note I'm having a clear out at the moment, but will make sure it's tidy when you come. I'm also doing various bit of decorating around the house, nothing drastic needs doing, and I'll update photos as I go (and make sure everything is cleared away when you stay here). I work some days at home, and some in Nottingham centre, so just message me before booking about what time you'd want to check it. I'm happy for you to pop the keys through the letterbox on checkout if I'm not here.
