This property is ready to serve all of your family's needs with 144 m² of internal and balcony space. ** IMPORTANT: Please note that this unit is not affiliated with the Meriton Suites Surfers Paradise hotel in any way. This is a privately owned and managed apartment which is in the residential part of the building. Each room has it’s own temperature control so everyone can sleep comfortably at their preferred temperature. - Primary bedroom with king bed, black-out blinds, en-suite and wardrobe. - Two additional bedrooms each containing a queen bed, black-out blinds and wardrobe. - Second bathroom with large bathtub and stand-alone shower. - Living room with large sectional sofa, SMART TV, and large dining area for 6 people. - In unit laundry room with washer/dryer. - Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, pots, pans and all utensils. - Free parking for 2 vehicles in the buildings secure, underground parking garage. - Free access to heated outdoor pool, spa, grass/picnic areas, and gym. - Unlimited fast 5G WiFi throughout the unit. Other things to note Please note the building staff are unable to assist with privately owned apartments. If you have any queries during your stay, please reach out to us directly via the Airbnb messaging system. CHECK IN from 3pm Instructions for self check-in will be provided 4 days prior to check-in. You will be provided 2 sets of keys for the apartment. EARLY CHECK-IN 🏡 The standard check-in time is 3pm. If you would like to guarantee an early check-in, you will need to book the night before your stay. We offer a 50% discount on the accommodation fee for the previous night for the purpose of early check-in (subject to availability). If you would like to book a guaranteed early check-in, please reach out to us and we can confirm the rate for this. For guests who do not book an early check-in, we will communicate with you on the day of check-in to let you know if the unit is ready before 3pm. CAR PARKING Private, secure, on-site car parking is provided free for two cars in a designated tandem car space. The apartment keys provided will give you access to the parking garage. Please note that the height restriction on the car park is 2.2m. If your vehicle is too tall for the parking garage, we can provide alternate recommendations, however parking elsewhere will be at your own expense. AMENITIES We provide the following amenities for your stay: • Bed linens • 1 bath towel & pool towel for each guest. • 1 hand towel & bath mat per bathroom. • Tea, instant coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper. • Toilet paper. • Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap. • Dish detergent, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent. • Dish cloth & scourer. CHECK OUT by 10am Prior to check-out, we simply ask you to remove all rubbish from the property and load/start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes. Please remove all personal belongings and return the keys to the pickup location. Out of respect for the cleaners time and schedule, please check-out on time. Unapproved late check-outs can incur fees up to $40/15 minutes. KEY LOSS Please take good care of the provided apartment key. These keys are difficult and expensive to replace, so a $200 fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned key. CLEANING FEE A cleaning fee is included as part of your booking. This only includes post-stay clean. Additional cleaning required for things like stains on fabric furniture or linens, excessive garbage left in the unit, dirty dishes, and other cleaning tasks that would normally not be required can incur additional cleaning costs charged at $50 per hour. NO SMOKING - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine. NO PET - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - any evidence of this will result in a $500 fine. **NO SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS!!!**
