Frio River access is a 25 MINUTE WALK down the hiking trail or a 2 MINUTE DRIVE via CR 1120. Bicycles are recommended as well! The Buffalo creek is right behind the house and has a nice little swimming hole some of the year. During the dry months, it's a great place to explore and look for fossils. The 2 car garage has been converted into an open air game room. There you have a pool table, ping pong table, dart board, foosball, air hockey and card table. An extra fridge and barstools make this space a great place to hang out. The ranch is located 7 Miles from Leakey, 2 Miles from Garner State Park, 25 miles from Lost Maples State Park. Although the ranch offers privacy, the drive to the nearest town of Leakey is only 8 minutes. Here you can find restaurants, shopping, tackle store, a grocery store, a meat market and more. **There is a $500 refundable deposit due at check-in. This can be made with cash or credit card. Credit card deposits incur a 3.5% fee. Pricing is for 4 guests. Each additional guest is $30 per guest per night up to 16 guests. Pet fee is $50 per stay for ONE PET. An ADDITIONAL FEE of $15 per pet per night will be requested for each additional pet, maximum of 2 pets. 2 pets may require a damage deposit. Please contact our office for more information.
