In-town updated 3 bedroom house

This is the perfect place for families and groups who want a clean and comfortable home away from home in a convenient central location in Cadiz, Ohio. This in-town retreat in Harrison County has plenty of easy street parking, all new appliances, a back porch for relaxing and unfenced backyard. Housekeeping services and any other support you may need are provided by the staff at the Microtel located directly across from the house. Check-in is easy and we are available 24/7 should you need us. The space Main floor has one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, Living room and "sun room" off living room with a futon couch that can be pulled out and used as an extra bed. The only a/c on the first floor is the window air-conditioning unit in the dining room. Upstairs there is one full bathroom and three bedrooms. There are several ceiling fans in the house but not in every room. Please note that only one bedroom has a window a/c unit. There are floor fans in rooms without ceiling fans or a/c. There is central forced air for heating during cool/cold weather controlled by the smart thermostat on the main floor. There is another basic bathroom in basement that has a washer and dryer for guest use. Use the stairs in the kitchen to get to the basement bathroom. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire living space of the house excluding the garage. Other things to note Again please note there are only two window a/c units and no central air-conditioning. They cool the house but not instantly in very hot weather.
