The 3,000 sq ft home features bright, open living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining area designed for group gatherings. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 3,000 sq ft home, the resort-style pool, and the full acre-plus property. Check-in is a seamless self-service process via a secure lockbox. Your unique access code will be provided in the check-in instructions prior to your arrival. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION Check-In Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM only. Please contact the host with any questions prior to arrival. Guest Count The number of guests on the reservation is the maximum allowed on the property. Unapproved additional guests will result in immediate cancellation without refund. An additional fee of $25 per guest per night applies after the 16th guest. Maximum occupancy is 18 guests. Music & Noise Policy Outdoor music must remain at a level that does not carry beyond the property. No outdoor music is permitted between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. West Palm Beach strictly enforces noise regulations. Any reported disturbance may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. Security Cameras Exterior security cameras are in operation for the safety of the property and guests. Cameras are located outside only. Tampering with cameras is prohibited and may result in immediate action. Outside Vendors All outside vendors must be approved in advance to ensure compliance with guest count limits. Parking Maximum of 6 vehicles per booking. 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 directly in front of the home. No parking in front of neighboring properties. No Confetti or Glitter Confetti and glitter of any kind are strictly prohibited. Use of these materials will result in additional cleaning fees. No Smoking This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana, is not permitted inside or outside the home. Pets Maximum of 2 pets allowed. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee applies. Guests must clean up after pets using provided waste bags and notify the host prior to arrival. Sustainability Please turn off lights when not in use and be mindful of water and towel usage.
