A charming,spacious 4 bed Grade 2 listed country cottage with many original features in a beautiful quiet little village in the heart of the Cotswolds. 1 mile from Bourton-on-the-Water,3 miles from Stow on the Wold and Burford. Perfectly located for exploring the Cotswolds. The space Our semi detached cottage was part of the original Manor House that was built in 1664 and is a true piece of history. Although a cottage by name you'll find it very spacious, there's nothing poky about it at all. Three of the bedrooms are generous doubles, one with en-suite shower room and two with fireplaces. The fourth bedroom is ideally suited to children or teens, as it's a full size single bed with a pull out single trunkle bed underneath it. The main bathroom is luxurious with cement tiles and country fittings, a roll top bath and a corner shower. The lounge has a large corner sofa which comfortably fits 6, a large TV with surround sound speaker, Sonos a small dining table and a wood burning stove to cosy up with. Kitchen is fully equipped, with microwave, induction hob, fan assisted oven, kettle, nespresso, toaster, fridge and freezer, bread maker, coffee bean grinder and blender The dining room comfortably fits 8 people with a wine fridge and a Sonos speaker for entertainment. We've taken a lot of inspiration from nearby Soho Farmhouse, with Cole and Son wallpaper, Farrow & Ball paint, Habitat and Heals furniture, along with handmade and antique finds throughout. It's a cool, characterful and warm home perfect for both long and short breaks.
