Welcome " A la Belle de mai " to an independent house located on our property. In the heart of a village near Besançon, accessible in TER, designed for 4/5 guests (+1 bed on request in the bedroom on the ground floor for pers of 70kg max )you will enjoy 90m² nicely decorated. In the summer, enjoy the pool, the garden, hike by the lakes of the Jura, visit the Salines d 'Arc-et-Senans, fish in the Loue. In winter the resorts of Les Rousses and Métabief await you. The space In this perfectly renovated reverse duplex home, and ranked 3 stars by Doubs Tourisme, you will have 2 beautiful bedrooms, a large living room and a bathroom. All decorated in a cozy, quirky and unusual style. Attention: due to a staircase, the accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities. On sunny days (from May depending on the weather) you will have access to the swimming pool and bathing beach (under your full responsibility) at the following times: 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. During the access times to the pool, it is not exclusively dedicated to you, we reserve the possibility of swimming at the same time as the hosts . We also remind you that children under the age of 14 must be accompanied. You'll also get a BBQ area all day until 11 p.m. For everyone's peace of mind, please respect these times. When you enjoy the commons, joy and good humor are obviously two key words in our home, but we still count on your discretion and respect for everyone🙏! Guest access Enjoyment and total independence of the apartment. However, we remind our guests that they have access to the property's common areas, pools, terraces and gardens at certain times of the day. (See times indicated in the previous description). For everyone's peace of mind, please respect these time slots. On the other hand, this access is not exclusively reserved for them, our family can be there even if we strive to respect their privacy! Outside the time slots imposed for the pool, they have access to the BBQ area all day until 11 p.m. Other things to note Independent and autonomous entrance. Numerous parking spaces are available a few meters from the accommodation. Parking is available in front of the entrance while you unload your luggage. Possibility to bring bicycles and leave them safely downstairs outside the accommodation. You can also enjoy our beautiful region and its sites to discover such as the Citadel of Besançon, the Royal Saltworks of Arc-et-Senans, the Caves of Osselle, Lake Ossele, the Chasm of Poudrey, the Tufa Waterfall near Artois, the Hérissons Waterfalls, the Four Lakes, the Courbet Museum in Ornans and many more. You can also indulge in many activities such as hiking, canoeing, tree climbing, via ferrata, caving, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing... And of course gastronomy!
