Cozy 2 bedroom loft condo in a super convenient location! Walking distance to the Old Market, the Orpheum Theater, The Rose Theatre, and the Children's Museum. Quick drive to the CHI Stadium, Ameritrade Stadium, the zoo and the Airport. One free parking spot included in adjacent lot, extra metered street parking available. Wifi and TV with HULU provided. Private deck off the loft area. Everything you need for kitchen, beds and bath are included for your stay! The space There are shared washer and dryers in the building, but not in the unit. We pay for one parking space in the adjacent lot. This is a second floor unit and there is no elevator so plan accordingly for a flight of stairs. No smoking or gatherings/parties permitted at any time. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. Building cameras located on the exterior and cameras in the building hallway and a ring doorbell at the unit entry. This condo is located in an urban area close to the county jail, fire station and police station so you may hear sirens and downtown traffic. The jail is across the street, but they are quiet neighbors, no one hangs out by the jail! Because it is located near the jail and police station there is a good police presence and I have always felt safe walking in the area.
