It´s a Guest Room inside our house. Public transport it is available have a block away and you have everything near AM:PM (24/7 Convenience Store) , Gas Station, 2 Supermarkets, Bakery, Breakfast place, & some restaurants. It has a Queen Size Bed, Air Conditioner & private bathroom. We also provide coffee for free & water. Parking spots available outside the house The space Its my Own House. I live in Managua & work as Intern Creative Director. The house has cleaning staff, it is very fresh and it is very nearby public transport. Guest access You get coffee, you can use the kitchen, living room, garden , food area, space for cars you have several living areas where guest can visit you. Please note parking is on the street outside the house but it has security 24/7. If you bring a bike you can park it inside During your stay You will be relating directly with me :) and probably my Mom who is very chill, it is the perfect enviroment if you are searching for a comfortable place to spend the night on Managua.
