The cleaning fee will be paid on-site upon arrival (€100). The fireplace is not functional. The price includes 8KWH of electricity per night, a meter reading is taken upon your arrival, the additional KWH will be charged upon your departure at the rate of 0.35 cts/KWH. During cold periods, a supplement for heating with fuel 18€/night will be charged upon arrival.
