Only 2kms from the heart of town this warm and sunny cottage will have you enjoying your holiday in a family friendly Lane. Both front and back decks enable you to make the most of the day's sun or shade, whichever is your preference. For the fisher person there is boat parking, filleting table, fish and bait fridge/freezer and garage to lock up the precious equipment. Dogs are welcome, (no cats sorry). The spacious back deck is the ideal spot to sit back, relax and enjoy a weber BBQ. The space This delightful bright and comfortable cottage has 2 bedrooms each with queen bed and one also has a single bed. It offers an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area and has a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, has a full sized fridge/freezer and a dishwasher and there is a separate laundry. The generous sized deck complete with weber BBQ will have you enjoying that afternoon get together. There are 2 bikes/helmets for your use. The back yard is fully fenced, ideal for children and dogs - sorry no cats please. A carport plus extra vehicle or boat parking in the driveway is available. "Cottage on Lillis" has a cosy fireplace for those winter months. Other things to note If you are staying with young children, there are stairs and an un-balustrade end to the back deck. Our internet is not unlimited so please respect there are other guests to follow so the downloading of movies or large files is not permitted. Your dog is welcome, but not on our beds or furniture. We would prefer large breeds to remain outside. Please pick up their "poops" off the lawn prior to your departure - No cats sorry. BBQ and filleting table must be cleaned if used. An extra $30.00 cleaning fee will be charged if not adhered to.
