The Space: The cutest Spanish style apartment in a 2 unit complex, with great neighbors and great little neighborhood right behind a private school. A short walk or drive to bustling Shaw Ave., you'll have lots of shops and restaurants at your fingertips. The apartment is located on a quiet dead end street just off the main road. There's easy access to HWY 99, HWY 41, and HWY 168. A straight shot down Shaw will take you to Fresno State and the Savemart Center, 15 minutes give or take with traffic. This is a great little fully equipped apartment perfect for a family or a couple friends traveling through the valley or in town to visit. We welcome longer stays and groups up to 5 people, or more if there are kids willing to camp out on the couches or floor. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment, garage, driveway, backyard, and patio. The driveway is shared with the adjacent vacation rental! There is plenty of space for multiple cars to park in the driveway, but there is also free street parking. The Neighborhood: Our little neighborhood is a hidden pocket of homes right off of Shaw Ave near Fig Garden Village and Van Ness Drive (Christmas Tree Lane). Shaw is a main avenue through Fresno and Clovis, and goes right by Fresno State and the Savemart Center, all the way up to Old Town Clovis and beyond. Our apartment is located right behind a private school in Fresno. An orange tree-lined street leads to the apartment. We are not far from Woodward Park, St. Agnes Medical Center, Fresno State, and the Savemart Center, and pretty centrally located to everything Fresno has to offer. Getting Around: We suggest using your own vehicles to get around. Lyft and Uber are also available in the area. Other Things to Note: The driveway is shared. Interaction with Guests: We are available between 8am- 9pm.
