FULLY CONNECTED - The home has high speed internet (WiFi) and new upgrades - gas grill and newly designed master bedroom with Roku TV making working remotely and deeply relaxing possible. Professionally managed year round to insure a maintenance free vacation. The home was owner occupied for summer of 2024 and enjoyed hosting a number of guests in the lower level apartment for concerts. We welcome back guests to enjoy the entire home for fall through spring of 2024/25 Guest access You will enjoy the spaciousness of the 3 floors in the home. Main floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with wood burning fireplace, dining room, sun-room, kitchen and a surround of windows and doors for access to the "Park Rangers" deck that includes a modular sofa, dining table, and gas grill. On an acre and half property with no direct neighbors near the house, you'll relax in privacy and comfort. The loft has a desk and chair if you need to get some office work done. On the lower level there is a bedroom, bathroom living room with TV, blue-ray dvd player, Roku and Wii entertainment console. **To enjoy Lake Jefferson, there is private lake access with a multi level deck, 8 person picnic table and bluestone patio just out the back door down the path and through the fairy tale feeling of ferns and trees. Just about 300 feet from the main house to the lake. ****During dry seasons, the lake might be low and you may need to portage kayaks to the water. The lakeside deck and dock is available for nature observation during all seasons. Other things to note Please note that this is a No Shoe home.
