Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and separate laundry. Outdoor deck for great evening BBQ`s, backyard is fully fenced suitable for children and a pet (if accepted by owner). Our neighbours are Parklands School so if you have children, they will have plenty of space to run and play, use the playground & basketball court. Woolworths supermarket is literally 2 minutes’ walk away, so you can sit back and enjoy a fabulous Tasman experience! Note: bathroom & toilet have a single step down.
