The views from the house, pool, dock and numerous decks surrounding the house are spectacular! The three acres fenced, wooded lot provides a feeling of privacy and seclusion yet is only minutes from the city. Fabulous shopping and dining at Turkey Creek in West Knoxville are only 25 minutes away. The screened-in porch is everyone's favorite spot to unwind after a day on the lake. Watch boats go up and down the lake or sit and listen to storms blow through the area while staying dry. Cocktails and snacks are never interrupted by bugs as the porch is fully screened and has fans to keep the air moving. The master suite has a king-sized bed with a Tuft & Needle mattress, whirlpool bath and adjoins the screened-in porch. The guest suite has a fabulous 4-poster queen bed and expansive views of the lake. The third bedroom overlooks the pool and lake and has a deluxe queen bed, 2 twin beds and 2 new Spa Sensation queen mattresses. This room has TV with cable and a pool table. The deepwater dock with year-round water on 39,000 acre Watts Bar Lake is the perfect access for all types of water sports and some of the best fishing in Eastern Tennessee. The entire home, including 3 acres of secluded but well maintained private property and several levels of decks and the dock. Dogs are welcome as long as guest understand their responsibility for having a pet inside a strange home. We don't require a pet deposit but may hold all or part of your damage deposit if dogs get onto the beds which require extra cleaning of comforters.
