Centrally located near Utah State University, the Logan Temple, Beaver Ski Resort, tons of outdoor recreation, parks, shopping and excellent restaurants. 1 hr + 15 min to SLC airport. The space An inviting space to relax as you come and go from your activities in the area. The Primary Bedroom has a brand new Malouf Polaris King Bed with memory foam topper, fresh linens, TV, floor fan, walk-in closet. The private ensuite bathroom has an oversized, walk-in shower and a large, jetted bathtub. The other 2 bedrooms each have comfortable queen beds with memory foam toppers, fresh linens and a floor fan. All beds have memory foam toppers and high-quality cotton linens. The Living Room has a 70" TV and plenty of comfortable seating. We provide complimentary access to YouTube TV on both TVs (which includes all major networks and sports channels, including ESPN). (Please do not log out of YouTube TV). There is a pack-n-play (with soft mattress and quilted sheet), a high chair and baby/toddler chair with tray. There is a little play area in the large closet just off the Living Room with a child's table & chairs and toys. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home and will be given easy and convenient self check-in instructions 3 days prior to their reservation. There is also a garage space for 1 car available for guest use upon request. We strive for a 5-star experience! Other things to note There is 1 parking space on the driveway, 3 parking spaces in front and additional street parking just east of the house on Bluff Street. PLEASE do not park on the street in front of the house. Parking for 1 car in the garage is available upon request. There will be a $500 charge if there is smoking or vaping of any kind, drugs, alcohol parties or pets anywhere on the property.
