Canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding are less than a mile away at the Pleasant River. Approximately a 6 mile paddle from Artie's Bridge to US Route 1 Columbia Falls easy in and out. Montegail Pond is approximately 2.5 miles. Bring your motor boat and jet skis. Public boat launch and beach. Trailer and vehicle parking at the entrance of Montegail pond. ATV riders paradise. Access to the 88 mile Sunrise Trail and literally hundreds of miles of the Maine MATS ATV trail system all from the property. Unload in the yard and go! Enjoy several local waterfalls with access by vehicle or ATV. Fall views are absolutely incredible in September and October.
